Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) gives you full control over your AI costs and usage. You pay your provider directly at their rates, with no markup. This also means your conversations stay between you and your AI provider.

Each AI provider has a simple process: Anthropic (console.anthropic.com), OpenAI (platform.openai.com), and Google (aistudio.google.com). Sign up, add billing, and generate an API key. We have step-by-step guides in our docs.

Absolutely! You can add API keys for all three providers. Flaxu will automatically fallback to another provider if one is rate-limited or unavailable. You can also configure the priority order.

You can add multiple API keys for the same provider (e.g., several OpenAI keys). The system uses smart load balancing to distribute requests across them. If one key hits its rate limit, traffic seamlessly shifts to the next available key.

It depends on your usage and chosen models. Claude Haiku and GPT-4o-mini are very affordable (pennies per conversation). Claude Opus and GPT-5 cost more but are more capable. Check each providers pricing page for details.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you can continue using our services until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

When you choose an annual plan, you get 2 months free. Annual is $90 ($7.50/month) instead of $108. Annual plans can also be canceled at any time.
