1. General Policy
Flaxu prioritizes customer satisfaction. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. Since your payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, refund processes are managed within the framework of Lemon Squeezy's Merchant of Record policies.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription > Cancel.
- After cancellation, you will continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
- There is no penalty or additional charge for cancellation.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, during which time you can resubscribe.
3. Refund Conditions
You can request a refund in the following cases:
- Technical issues: A full refund is provided if the platform is persistently unusable.
- Incorrect billing: Erroneous or unauthorized payments are refunded immediately.
- First 7 days: Within 7 days of your first payment, you can request a refund for any reason.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests after the billing period has ended (cancellation is sufficient)
- Account suspension due to violation of the terms of service
- Outages in third-party API services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google)
- Issues with the user's own API keys
5. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual plans, a full refund is provided within the first 14 days. If canceled after 14 days, a prorated refund for the remaining months may be issued. The refund calculation is based on the monthly price for the period used, and the difference is refunded.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@flaxu.network or use the support form within the Dashboard.
- Provide your account email address and the reason for the refund.
- Refund requests are evaluated within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
7. Plan Changes
When upgrading from Starter to Pro, a prorated difference is calculated for the remaining portion of your current period. When downgrading from Pro to Starter, you will continue to use Pro features until the end of your current period, and the Starter fee will apply from the next period onward.
